Event data is passed via the Gtk.PopupMenuArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.PopupMenuHandler to an event, add the PopupMenuHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the PopupMenuHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the PopupMenuHandler is removed from the event.
