Event data is passed via the Gtk.ButtonReleaseEventArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.ButtonReleaseEventHandler to an event, add the ButtonReleaseEventHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the ButtonReleaseEventHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the ButtonReleaseEventHandler is removed from the event.
