Event data is passed via the Gtk.EnableDeviceArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.EnableDeviceHandler to an event, add the EnableDeviceHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the EnableDeviceHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the EnableDeviceHandler is removed from the event.
