Event data is passed via the Gtk.ReorderTabArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.ReorderTabHandler to an event, add the ReorderTabHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the ReorderTabHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the ReorderTabHandler is removed from the event.
