Event data is passed via the Gtk.PropertyNotifyEventArgs parameter.

To attach a Gtk.PropertyNotifyEventHandler to an event, add the PropertyNotifyEventHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the PropertyNotifyEventHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the PropertyNotifyEventHandler is removed from the event.
