Event data is passed via the Gtk.DragLeaveArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.DragLeaveHandler to an event, add the DragLeaveHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the DragLeaveHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the DragLeaveHandler is removed from the event.
