The NoOpObject.RowInserted event utilizes this delegate:
Event data is passed via the Atk.RowInsertedArgs parameter.
To attach a Atk.RowInsertedHandler to an event, add the RowInsertedHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the RowInsertedHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the RowInsertedHandler is removed from the event.
