Event data is passed via the Gtk.SelectionReceivedArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.SelectionReceivedHandler to an event, add the SelectionReceivedHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the SelectionReceivedHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the SelectionReceivedHandler is removed from the event.
