Event data is passed via the Gtk.DestroyEventArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.DestroyEventHandler to an event, add the DestroyEventHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the DestroyEventHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the DestroyEventHandler is removed from the event.
