Event data is passed via the Gtk.DragDataGetArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.DragDataGetHandler to an event, add the DragDataGetHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the DragDataGetHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the DragDataGetHandler is removed from the event.
