Event data is passed via the Gtk.FormatValueArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.FormatValueHandler to an event, add the FormatValueHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the FormatValueHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the FormatValueHandler is removed from the event.
