Event data is passed via the Gtk.PageHorizontallyArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.PageHorizontallyHandler to an event, add the PageHorizontallyHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the PageHorizontallyHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the PageHorizontallyHandler is removed from the event.
