Event data is passed via the Gtk.SelectionNotifyEventArgs parameter.

To attach a Gtk.SelectionNotifyEventHandler to an event, add the SelectionNotifyEventHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the SelectionNotifyEventHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the SelectionNotifyEventHandler is removed from the event.
