Event data is passed via the Gtk.TagAppliedArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.TagAppliedHandler to an event, add the TagAppliedHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the TagAppliedHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the TagAppliedHandler is removed from the event.
