Event data is passed via the Gtk.AcceptPositionArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.AcceptPositionHandler to an event, add the AcceptPositionHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the AcceptPositionHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the AcceptPositionHandler is removed from the event.
