The NoOpObject.BoundsChanged event utilizes this delegate:
Event data is passed via the Atk.BoundsChangedArgs parameter.
To attach a Atk.BoundsChangedHandler to an event, add the BoundsChangedHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the BoundsChangedHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the BoundsChangedHandler is removed from the event.
