Event data is passed via the Gtk.PreviewArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.PreviewHandler to an event, add the PreviewHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the PreviewHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the PreviewHandler is removed from the event.
