Event data is passed via the Gtk.CancelPositionArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.CancelPositionHandler to an event, add the CancelPositionHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the CancelPositionHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the CancelPositionHandler is removed from the event.
