Event data is passed via the Gtk.SetFocusArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.SetFocusHandler to an event, add the SetFocusHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the SetFocusHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the SetFocusHandler is removed from the event.
