System.Web.UI.WebControls.Menu.MenuItemDataBound Event

Occurs when a menu item in a System.Web.UI.WebControls.Menu control is bound to data.

Syntax

public event MenuEventHandler MenuItemDataBound

Remarks

The Menu.MenuItemDataBound event is raised when a menu item is bound to data in a System.Web.UI.WebControls.Menu control. This allows you to provide an event handler that performs a custom routine, such as adding custom content or modifying a menu item before it is rendered, whenever this event occurs.

A System.Web.UI.WebControls.MenuEventArgs object is passed to the event handler, which allows you to access the properties of the menu item that raised the event.

For more information about handling events, see Consuming Events.
