Event data is passed via the Gtk.OwnerChangeArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.OwnerChangeHandler to an event, add the OwnerChangeHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the OwnerChangeHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the OwnerChangeHandler is removed from the event.
