Event data is passed via the Gtk.MoveHandleArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.MoveHandleHandler to an event, add the MoveHandleHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the MoveHandleHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the MoveHandleHandler is removed from the event.
