Event data is passed via the Gtk.TextEventArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.TextEventHandler to an event, add the TextEventHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the TextEventHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the TextEventHandler is removed from the event.
