Event data is passed via the Gtk.FocusOutEventArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.FocusOutEventHandler to an event, add the FocusOutEventHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the FocusOutEventHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the FocusOutEventHandler is removed from the event.
