Event data is passed via the Gtk.CycleChildFocusArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.CycleChildFocusHandler to an event, add the CycleChildFocusHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the CycleChildFocusHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the CycleChildFocusHandler is removed from the event.
