Event data is passed via the Gtk.DisableDeviceArgs parameter.
To attach a Gtk.DisableDeviceHandler to an event, add the DisableDeviceHandler instance to the event. The methods referenced by the DisableDeviceHandler instance are invoked whenever the event is raised, until the DisableDeviceHandler is removed from the event.
