Fired when a new window, or a new tab in an existing window, is created to host a navigation.

browser.webNavigation.onCreatedNavigationTarget.hasListener(listener)
Events have three functions:
addListener(callback)- Adds a listener to this event.
removeListener(listener)- Stop listening to this event. The
listenerargument is the listener to remove. hasListener(listener)- Check whether
listeneris registered for this event. Returnstrueif it is listening,falseotherwise.

sourceTabIdinteger. The ID of the tab in which the navigation is triggered.sourceProcessIdinteger. The ID of the process runs the renderer for the source tab.sourceFrameIdinteger. The ID of the frame with sourceTabId in which the navigation is triggered. 0 indicates the main frame.urlstring. The URL to be opened in the new window.tabIdinteger. The ID of the tab in which the url is openedtimeStampnumber. The time when the browser was about to create a new view, in milliseconds since the epoch.
