Fired when the reference fragment of a frame was updated. All future events for that frame will use the updated URL.

Events have three functions:
addListener(callback)- Adds a listener to this event.
removeListener(listener)- Stop listening to this event. The
listenerargument is the listener to remove. hasListener(listener)- Check whether
listeneris registered for this event. Returnstrueif it is listening,falseotherwise.

tabIdinteger. The ID of the tab in which the navigation occurs.urlstring.processIdinteger. The ID of the process runs the renderer for this tab.frameIdinteger. 0 indicates the navigation happens in the tab content window; a positive value indicates navigation in a subframe. Frame IDs are unique within a tab.transitionTypewebNavigation.TransitionType. Cause of the navigation.transitionQualifiersarrayof. A list of transition qualifiers.webNavigation.TransitionQualifiertimeStampnumber. The time when the navigation was committed, in milliseconds since the epoch.
