The CanvasRenderingContext2D.lineTo() method of the Canvas 2D API connects the last point in the sub-path to the x, y coordinates with a straight line (but does not actually draw it).
Syntax
void ctx.lineTo(x, y);
Parameters
-
x - The x axis of the coordinate for the end of the line.
-
y - The y axis of the coordinate for the end of the line.
Examples
Using the lineTo method
This is just a simple code snippet which uses the lineTo method. Use the beginPath() to begin a path to draw a line on, move the pen with moveTo() and use the stroke() method to actually draw the line.
HTML

JavaScript
var canvas = document.getElementById("canvas");
var ctx = canvas.getContext("2d");
